If you wish to attend the conference dinner with a accompanying person, a dinner ticket, costing € 40 / person can be additionally purchased.

• for full-time students, please send us the proof of identity via fax or e-mail
• receipts will be handed out at the conference
• on site registration at the conference desk can only be paid in cash

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• “No shows” are not refundable and are liable for the full registration fee. Instead of cancelling, your registration may be transferred.
